So this shows on the site but not the app can anyone help me out how to fix this

Your picture looks great. I can't help you with your question, but if you go back to the Discussion Forums main page scroll down to the very bottom. You will see a technical support forum. Once in there you can ask your question. Also at the very top of the technical support forum is a thread for testing photos and signatures. That might help as well. Good luck on getting your answer.
