I guess when you let half of the actors go you can afford new sets!

First they burned down Glo Worm and brought in the new restaurant (Boulevard?), then Avery gets an apartment, now Vic/Nic's new digs and it looks like a nightclub for Nick in the future?

I agree with whomever said it on the old thread- watch out Chancellor Mansion- you're next!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kyle continues to be nice to Phyllis which she finds odd, she is not alone. Eden wants to know if he is avoiding her and crushing on Phyllis but Kyle assures that is not the case and does not want to break up with Eden
Nick is pissed that Noah did not tell him about Sharon even more pissed to find out Faith knew as well. Nick learns about Sharon's illness and gets even more pissed to find out Adam has been helping Sharon
Jack is having mood swings which do not go unnoticed by Kyle, Phyllis, Avery and Adam. Adam tries to defend Jack but Kyle and Phyllis are suspicious and concerned about Jack's condition
Nikki and Victor move into their penthouse, they discuss a housewarming party. Nikki fears her children won't come because of Victor's actions. Nick agrees to come for Nikki while Adam is shocked by his invitation
Adam comes to see Sharon after Nick pays him a visit accusing him of having ulterior motives. Sharon tells Adam that she wants to apologize to Victor but Adam warns against it given how Victor treated her

Next - Carmine is the bartendar at the housewarming party ; Avery does not want to go with Nick to the party

A new casting call has some wondering if The Young and the Restless might be recasting a familiar role. The role, currently known as "Dylan," is slated to hit the airwaves in early 2013. A new casting call has raised some eyebrows. The breakdown for the role, described as a rugged 30 something male, shares some striking similarities to a character viewers are already familiar with: Chance Chancellor.


According to the casting call, Y&R is seeking a "rugged, dynamic, energetic man in his mid-30s" for the role of Dylan MacAvoy. The character reportedly "comes from humble, blue-collar beginnings, was studying to be an architect when his construction/contractor father was injured and Dylan had to drop out of college to take over the business. He's done two tours of duty in the Middle East, army special ops. The war left a mark on him. He’s done his best to bury it with optimism and a wry, sometimes offbeat sense of humor."

Sharon has flashbacks to her actions and heads out where she shows up uninvited to the Newman housewarming party

Summer tries to speak to Chelsea during the housewarming party but is shut out, Summer decides to leave the party

Adam realizes the main purpose for his invite was to get under the skin of Victoria and Nick which he succeeds in doing

Victoria is pissed to see Adam at the party, she's not happy that he got an invite while her husband was told to stay away

Avery is hesitant to attend the party as Nick's date but Nick manages to convince to her to come.

Michael and Lauren are unable to make it to the party after he is called in to work. Lauren feels his work comes before family

Abby is the one who hired and sent Carmine to bartend the party, Victor backs off for the night so he Carmine can work

Next - Everyone is shocked to see Sharon at the party ; New cop shows up looking for Noah ; Jack's addiction gets worse
