That's what you consider awesome customer service? She should have come back after 5 minutes and told you there were issues. I'd be mad.
She took 40 minutes on the tail end of one of the busiest days of her year to sit on a phone with her supervisor to make sure I was able to book my family vacation successfully after we spent the entire call building this reservation together and taking my information. She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned.
