Thank you! My FIL, who passed away last year, used to always wish me a happy mom-a-versary and I was just thinking this morning about how I missed that and here you are.

The weather is being very slow to perk up here, but it is lovely and green everywhere.

The lighter evenings are energizing.

We have 2 bank holiday weekends in May. So, that means 3 day weekends!

2. New beginnings for my DD and DGD. New house, new job, and new school!

3. It will be my first Mother’s Day without my mom and the first birthday without my dad. (He would have been 96) Why am I grateful? Because I have friends who will be there for me and because I had my parents in my life for a very long time.
