Tips for staying on track over the weekend!!

Ok WISHers!! This seems to be our most challenging time. Yep it is the dreaded Weekend!! We all love it and hat it at the same time. Anyone have any great tips to keep you from munching all day!!

I think mine is try to keep busy and to eat a larger BRUNCh vs. Breakfast and Lunch!! I can eat about 10:30 or 11:00 and then not be hungry until dinner!!!!


So what is you weekend Survival tip??
 
I'm looking for tips too. I usually have to go to MIL's one afternoon of the weekend and this usually stresses me out and I find myself overeating! What can I do (besides stay away) to calm myself down? I try to take a 1.5 liter of water with me and keep sipping on it to keep my hands busy.
