Upcoming Oasis cruise... a few questions.

Could anyone help with these questions? I haven't sailed on the Oasis in a few years and in researching for my next sailing, I haven't found the answers yet.

1. Can we sign up for Dreamworks breakfast onboard or can it only be done on-line? If so, where are sign-ups?

2. Where are beverage tasting sign-ups? Guest Services? Excusions desk?

3. Is the walking track family-friendly (open to escorted children, 6 and up)?

4. Also, is the Game room family-friendly (open to escorted children, 6 and up)?

5. Is a body-mounted Go-Pro allowed on ship's zipline?

6. What is the Welcome Boat Parade at Lambadee (seen in a previous Compass earlier this year)?

Thanks for reading! :goodvibes

1. You can probably do it on board, at guest services or in your room. Online, you can find it under activities in the Cruise Planner

2. I see a Wines Around the World class in the Cruise Planner. I did that on Harmony. Not worth it, imo. Other tastings should pop up on the Cruise Compass. For a fee, of course.

3. I can't say I've seen kids on the track so I can't say for certain.

4. Game room is friendly, I suppose, for a room full of quarter munching machines. I'm completely dating myself with that comment.

5. This seems to answer your question: https://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2474595

6. Honestly, I don't even recall seeing this, but then again I wasn't looking for it.

3. As long as they stay in the walking lane you'll have no issues.

5. It's going to be dependent on who is working. The woman in line behind us was told her sneakers were and were not usable by 2 different people over 2 minutes. They even wanted me to ditch my prescription glasses, so I'd lean no.

6. We saw this last week from our balcony, basically about 30 minutes after the ship is docked about 10 guys on Jet-Skis and 2 boats do a big lap next to the boat waving and hollering. No reason to go out of your way to see this.

Was just on Oasis last month, so hopefully i can provide some insight:

1. you can signup online before you cruise or during the cruise. $10 per person, child/adult. only 2 characters in the breakfast, unlike 4 at WDW.
2. not sure
3. yes, as long as they are in the walking lane. lanes are quite narrow
4. 3 arcades. one in front of the kid's Adventure Ocean, forward deck 14. very small, only 10 machines. one by the carousel, aft deck 6, same size as adventure ocean but more older kid machines. largest was aft deck 15 Challenger's arcade, underneath windjammer. about 30-40 machines. Games cost between $1 to $3 per play. just make sure to turn your sea pass card sideways to play (took me hours to figure this out!)
5. Not sure. but they are quite anal about dress code, so i would say no but don't be afraid to ask. you have to get a waiver signed, so do that early and you'll get a wristband to rock climb, flow ride or ice skate too. zip line takes about 15 seconds total anyway.
6. didn't see a welcome boat parade. we were stuck on the photo safari, which was a waste of time and money. labadee was so wonderful, aqua park if you have young kids.
