Vegetarian at Brown Derby

Are there any vegetarians out there who have eaten at the Brown Derby? I understand you can request food for specific diets, but I'm not sure what to request.

Oh - I eat eggs and milk, just no meat, poultry or fish.

Thanks!

All WDW table service restaurants have at least one vegetarian offering. No special requests are necessary, but if you don't like the available vegetarian offering, the chefs will work with you to come up with something you will like.
Advanced arrangements must be made for food allergies, which are life-or-death situations. Vegetarians do not fall into that category.

the menu item is an asian noodle bowl (the new standard Disney veggie meal replaced the pasta with tomato sauce around last year)

But I was brought to tears here by a young chef who made me the most incredible meal - I said that I would try anything but the noodle bowl, and he took on the challenge.

It is sometimes the luck of the draw in terms of how accomodating they are, but this person was wonderful!

You will find a wide variety of vegetarian offerings, from roasted veggies with polenta to stuffed peppers to vegetarian chili to curried tofu and on and on and on at the WDW restaurants. There is no "standard" that I've seen dining with a vegetarian all over property for the last couple of years.
