We were able to book a lunch via OpenTable for same day, within 90 minutes. According to the waitress and George himself (he stopped by) lunch traffic is slow but evenings are quite busy.

Very excited about the opening but doubt we'll get there for our summer trip; traveling w/ children.
Maybe in the winter.
