Would we have time to do both of these excursions in Nassau?

We are thinking that the dolphin encounter is a must, but would really love to do the Discover Atlantis. If we skip Atlantis, would we have time to see the straw market and pirate museum. Would we have time to do both? If so how would you experienced cruisers go about scheduling this and if not which one is best? Just a little background...it will be myself, DH, and ds who will be 12 at the time on the 4 day Wonder Thanksgiving cruise, after the cruise we are doing a week at WDW .
