Yet another Vistana Sky Auction RES ?

My husband called Vistana about our reservations in August that we got on SkyAuction. They said that they have the res and not the name on it so they technically said they do not have our reservations and that sky auction will send them about 48 hrs before. I KNOW somewhere on this board I read that this is typically what happens and someone said that there are two reservation numbers but for some reason I cannot find the post.

I want to tell them that I have some special medical requests and wanted to both call and do Diamond check out. We have two sets of weeks and we also wanted to try and link them. How do I tell them my requests in advance of the two day Diamond check out? I know someone has addressed this but I cannot find the answer now that I need it.

Could you call back with the reservation #'s instead of the names and try linking/dealing with them that way? I know they took our information in advance, and *I think* that was how we did it!

Thanks .... I knew it was somthing like that and it sounds exactly like what someone possibly you had mentioned. I just could not find it. Will try.
