So Beef, what does your tag actually mean? Will trade minis for pirate?

It was actually from the Tag Fairy. I got while posting on the repo thread. They use to have runs for mini-pirates (each 100 post), but the real pirates are the 1,000 posts.

I don't recall saying it around the time I got it but Andy (VM) said he thought I did. I guess I said I'd trade my multiple mini pirates for a real pirate. Funny thing is I already had a real pirate by the time I got the tag.

Anyhow, now I have 4 real pirates over there with one at a 10K level (not sure if that means anything over there or not).

Hope that explains it.

I'm sure it helped being on a thread that a Mod participates in. That is one way to get noticed. Several people got them early in the frenzy.

He's there to make the pictures look good... I usually do something to muck them up and the camera does not like me. Jay on the other hand always manages to look good so it balances out (hahahaha - get it?).

I'm thinking of pitching a show to the Travel Channel featuring Jay and yours truly... I wonder how much time I'd have to spend in the make-up truck to look good?

I have to leave in about 2 hours because I'm going to the baseball game (it is going to be hot and sticky today and with rain in the area this afternoon, they will probably close the roof. That will make for an awful setting). We are a little over 80 posts from 13,000. Maybe a couple others can show up and we can get it there before I leave.
