Hello DISers! I got my last gift card in the mail today.

So here is the picture of all of them:

This is my small bag to take into the parks:

Here is my suitcase, which I started throwing stuff in...it's closed b/c I don't want anyone to see my underwear. LOL This is the best you will get for now.

This is my entertainment for the plane ride.

Yes, I'm a nerd and I like giving my brain a good workout from time to time.

Here are our matching shirts...they are folded in this pic...you've probably all seen them 100 times though.

We got them in navy blue if you can't tell. Mine is kinda big (I hate being petite) and the dark color may make us hot at the parks, so I am thinking about wearing these en route...and everyone will know where we are going!

These are the disposable coffee cups I bought, so that we can transfer our coffee/soda from our Disney mugs to these (and leave our mugs in the room), drink up at the bus stop--then throw them away. They were $2.50 for 14 of them.

And these are the best pics I have of Meeko and Cleo:

They didn't want to pose. I put my camera on the action setting, but it still didn't seem to work very well. But there you have it! We have to go to Walmart now, and Mike is rushing me out so I gotta go now.

Since it's just about 1 week before I leave, and there are so many of us leaving in the coming week,....I thought maybe everyone can post a current close-up shot of themselves on my thread, so that we can all get our stalker glasses on at Disney and hand out our LGMHs!

This is not mandatory or anything but I would really like to have a good idea of what everyone looks like, and I think it would also help to have all the faces in one place. So if you're willing.....post away!!!!

If we have any lurkers out there, and you're going to be at Disney in the next week or so, feel free to show yourselves too!!

For now, I have to head out to run some errands. This is, afterall, my last weekend before my trip!!! Next Saturday morning I'll be outta here!

We think Meeko has a little mental problem because he swims sideways sometimes. hehe

They got to eat some goldfish for dinner tonight....they were VERY happy! And we just got a sucker fish...okay I don't remember what they are called, but it is black and all he does is suck on the side of the tank to help keep it clean. We really need to get some more fish....it's a huge tank!

...it caught me on 2 levels. First being that I discovered another abuse of broadband called Azureus Vuze, which has hi-res versions of LOTS of stuff, but mostly music videos. One of the first I downloaded was Rockstar ...and then ended up google'ing the list of 'who's whos' on the video

Secondly I have had to face a certain addiction to all things Disney ...which isn't the easiest thing for an ex-military guy fast approaching 40 (being a Disney fanatic isn't the most 'macho' thing in the world - lol). The DIS boards and all the friends I've made in relation to what started as just another vacation has kinda changed my outlook on life, raising kids, and what can still be found as 'good' and even 'magical' in today's world.

Thanks much Cheri for being one of many who have let me know that it's ok to just kinda let go and embrace the concept of Disney and what it really stands for - you rock

Me: "Alien Green"
Dad: "You're breaking up, what's that again, what color do you want?!"
Me: "Alien Green...grab a bunch, but shhhh, be discreet about it!"
Dad: "Okay, Alien green? I'll call you back when I get some"
Me: "Alright just grab a bunch!" At least 12!"

So I'm not sure at what point he actually ENTERED the HD...or if he even made it to the door during our conversation, but if he was inside the doors...they might be onto him! Let's hope he makes it to the MHs and grabs plenty of LG ones!
