Can't wait to see them! If we go we will be getting on the Amtrak around 9:30pm on Thursday and getting into Albuquerque around noon on Friday. I think DBF's sister said on Friday they have hot air balloons that are different shapes, not just the normal shape for a hot air balloon.

Just read your update about your last day. Man, I love love love that World of Disney store, it's HUGE! Glad you gals at least bought something for yourselves. How cute about Kaia wanting to give that flower balloon! I didn't know that Macaroni Grill to go is in the airport! Awesome! That's a tasty dinner. I hate delayed flights though. ugh.

As you have learned, Tera and I are very close. We are, after all, sistas from two different mothas! And we try to get together as often as possible. Distance sometimes makes that difficult. We love to take our children to do fun and different things. This weekend, we took a little trippie to my motha's house in Albuquerque to the Balloon Fiesta. If you have never been, I highly recommend it. Can you say gorgeous with a capital G???? Imagine 800-1000 balloons lifting off all around you, with multiple shapes and colors. Here are a few shots! Enjoy! And come and visit New Mexico! Oh...and up next: lessons learned!!!

My DH has been wanting to take me to that balloon fiesta for years. It is usually right around my birthday. We have a balloon festival here at the end of July, but it is nothing like yours. We have seen the 'Kissing Bees'. I have a pin of them - they're sooooo cute. I love hot air balloons. To look at, not to ride in. My DH has been up a few times. Maybe someday I'll get there. In the meantime, I am enjoying your pictures. Thank you for sharing.
I hope Jon is feeling better. Looking forward to "lessons learned".

I love the pics of the SWW. I know there feeling of SW fan. My brother would be in heaven. I love the pic with the croc. I am sorry can't remember her name. I think that is cute that they took her with them. At least she got a pic. I can't wait to read more.
