Hey guys! We have two cabins DW30, DH31, DD1, and DW31, DH31, DS1. We're soooo excited. We booked this cruise for ourselves and friends when we were onboard last april. I would love to have time to sit and read these pages, however keeping up with a 1 year old definately makes that difficult. I thought I'd ask a couple of questions to people who are "in the know".

1. Do we know what night is pirate night/ formal night, etc?

2. Is this sailing full?

3. Will we have any clue what the navigator's will look like?

Thanks so much for all your help!

Welcome Aboard!!

1. No
2. Close, but not yet
3. No

Hopefully will find out some of this stuff soon, but the schedule for the Eastbound PC cruise isn't even out yet so it will be a bit.

Peter and Jenn: Glad to hear Maisy is home and doing okay. Now you need to teach her sign language!!! It's kewl... I've taught Woody and Tink a few signs and now they actually obey them!!!

I'm still trying to catch up on this thread... as always Peter's info post really helps!!

Lynn, congrats on your own sign in!!! Now if we could just get Joe to join the ranks!!!

If you would like to share some other info, for the list that would be Great.
If not, that is ok also. ;)

We would love to have your first names and cabin numbers, so that people can include you in some of the kewl stuff being done!

Hi guys just wanted to update my entry, I have a room:cool1: I'm in 2554

It's snowing like CRAZY here! Makes the cruise seem that much further away.:sad1:

Hi! I hope that everyone is having a great New Year so far! It is finally 2008 so I can really start to get things together for this special cruise. I need some help with my fish extender----I can't find a link anywhere that lists the dimensions or step-by-step instructions:( Can someone please help me:confused3 Thanks:) My mother-in-law gave me a sewing machine for my 41st birthday (sigh) last week and I purchased lots of dog-themed fabric for my fish extender. Practice makes perfect right? Do you think old dogs can learn new tricks? My last attempt was a skirt waaaaaay back in 4th grade. It turned out two sizes too small and I never tried to sew again. But I am willing to give it another go. We plan on bringing lots of goodies for all of our new friends:cheer2:

Susan

Here are the instructions that I found on another thread and saved on my computer for future reference (my apologies to the poster of these instructions....(credit cannot be given as I did not save the poster's information)....I cannot vouch for these instructions as I have not tried to make a fish extender using them so I hope they work. We will probably be bringing our "original" fish extender along with many fish extender "locks" (zip ties)...so it doesn't go walking...or maybe I could try to talk Mom into making us a new fish extender!!!!!!

FISH EXTENDER INSTRUCTIONS

Make a rectangle pattern -- 9" x 30"
Make another rectangle pattern for pockets 9" x 6" - cut 4 sets (double - right sides together)

Put right sides together and cut one out double for front/back.

Cut a piece of felt that is 1" shorter than the pattern -- this will be your interfacing.

Cut out 4 pockets (doubled)

With right sides together, stitch top and bottom of each pocket. Turn and press flat.

Baste the felt to the wrong side of one of the pattern pieces.

Pin pockets to front of the fish extender that you just basted, matching edges.

Baste pockets along the sides.

Sew bottom of each pocket to the front of fish extender. I used a decorative stitch. You could also use some type of ribbon or bias tape.

Pin back of fish extender to front with right sides together.

Stitch using 3/8" seam allowance leaving about a 3 to 4 inch section unstitched to turn the fish extender right side out.

Trim corners and turn right side out.

Iron flat and stitch the unstitched section closed.

At the top of the fish extender, turn down to make a casing to put a wooden dowel rod.

Decorate your pockets . . . depending on how you're going to decorate your pockets . . . either decorate them before you baste them to the front of the fish extender or after the fish extender is totally sewn.

Evening !

I have just made an announcement on the 15 day Eastern Repo' board that due to a change in family circumstances, I had to cancel and instead re-book onto the 5 Night Bahamas instead.

Therefore, I am asking for permission to come aboard?

David

Hello  looking forward to meeting you :flower3:

Looking forward to meeting you too!!!!

P.S. I am just reading your trip report (which is very funny) and I have something funny to tell you....we too stayed at POP Century in 2007 (May & October) and we were in the 50's section and here is something freaky....on our first cruise on the Wonder in 2004....we were in stateroom 2088...next door to your stateroom....like we are going to be on the 5 night cruise!!!!

Howdy neighbour....we're in 2552!!!!!!

Will that be this years location of the "Steerage Bar" :lmao:

No offense to anyone on deck 2  We usually cruise cat 11 :)

This is more of an inside joke from other cruises, let me explain, in the past
Disney Pin Diva / Leslie & Mickey&joshnut / Elaine have had a cabin on deck 2
Yes, they had some spirits to enjoy!
They even had a Blender! :dance3:
and many good times came from there! :wizard:
