We were supposed to be at play group 10 minutes ago, but Princess is still sleeping. Yesterday when she woke up from her nap she wet her bed, so we ended up canceling our afternoon plans and doing laundry instead!
My bosses don't like it when she misses play group, but she had a friend over this morning and now she is worn out!

Driveway is somewhat shoveled & we put some salt down. My truck is in the driveway now

Now Garrett will call & say he needs a ride home from weight training & I won't be able to get back up He usually has a ride home, but the way my luck goes, tonight he won't lol

I will have to browse carefully in the days prior so I will know what I want, then I can just swoop through on my birthday and grab my pre-selected items. I am bummed that it's not valid for dining.

Hey guys I need some prayers for a neighbor. Yesterday a 13 year old neighbor was getting off the bus and was hit and killed. The car nicked the bus and lost control and hit the girl. The sad part is that it was a hit and run and the guy was drunk at 2:30 pm. They did catch him and they had to tase him 3 time to get him controlled. We personally don't know the family but I know at this time of year it is hard.

They went really well. Most of my students are playing so well. Their parents are pleased and they are in the Christmas spirit when they leave, so that makes me happy.

Elin - I am glad the recitals are going well! The choir program at our school is rather, um, weak. The boys and the girls sang last night and it was pretty pitiful. I don't think the choir requires an audition, though, so perhaps the teacher is doing the best she can with what she has to work with!

Good evening, DDA!!! I'm so far behind (yet again ) and don't see me catching up soon. We are doing well around here. Just busy with Christmas stuff. I did sneak out to see Four Christmases on Sunday morning. It was a gloriously peaceful morning....until the second I walked out of the movie. Apparently, Terra wanted to ride with me to lunch, not my mom, even though I wasn't coming home in between. Nothing like craziness to bring a crash landing to my peacefulness. The movie wasn't the best ever, but I enjoyed it.

Monday I cut and baked sugar cookies and the kids decorated some that night. It was a lot of fun, even if a little crazy with both little girls "helping" too. Actually, Chase and Kaylin each got their own bowl of icing, one cookie and a plastic knife. Then they licked to their hearts content.

Now how the rest of the week will be spent wrapping presents, dipping things in chocolate, finishing the cookies, finishing the cards and finally packing. EiYiYi. Craziness as always.

Chanon - I got my ornament last week and love it! I almost got it for myself at WDW.

To our recipients, your ornaments should arrive soon. They went out on Monday. I apologize again for the major delay in getting them out.

Kristi is going well post-surgery. Her arms still hurts from time to time, but that's to be expected. Her cast is below the elbow, but he did immobilize the thumb so she can't use it much at all. That's good though cause she's doing too much as it is, but if she had use of her thumb she'd do even more.

I'll do my best to keep up this week, but who knows what will really happen. Just in case I miss people travelling, have a wonderful Christmas everyone!!!!! We head out early Sunday and get back late Friday. I should have computer access and, what's it called, oh yeah...free time! while we're gone so I'll try to catch up then if not before.
