Jumping, Dancing & Jamming Our Way Through Walt Disney World! I'm With the Band Now!

I have seen that picture before....it's so funny and it definitely looks about right.......My husband probably thinks it's designed after him. :rotfl2:

That pearl looked HUGE!!!!!! What size was it? I hope you show us the pendent.

So nice that John got his nap in for the day.

Oooh honey, you really should smile with your mouth closed. Just saying.

100_1811.jpg

:rotfl2: God forgive me, but that right there is funny!

Taaaa Daaaa!

100_1812.jpg

That is a HUGE pearl! What was it's size? Picture of the setting please!

Pretty flower pictures!

Love that momma was leaving the kids in her dust!

That poor girl with the tooth! I couldn't help but think "at least she's not self-conscious" :rotfl2:

OK, I am gonna duck next time I see you, but I just have to say this.

You were wondering why John had such a strange look on his face?

100_1762.jpg

Well, it is because he looked down and realized he had on the wrong shirt...........ROLL TIDE ROLL............:lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:.

OK enough being mean, I love the picture of you on MS!!! Actually I love all the pictures. Do you feel the same tug at your heart when you see pictures of Lacey as I do when I see Amanda? I am happy for her, but it feels strange to know that she isn't my little girl any longer.

I found out last evening that Amanda and Matt can't come with us, Matt has to take two classes this summer semester and they both fall during our trip :sad2: I have to call Disney later today and cancel her room. I am upset, but I know his school comes first.

April do you remember the significance of this picture?

:lmao: You found it!!!! I'm so glad to be back on the boards. I've missed your TR! It seriously puts me in a better mood & brings me right back to WDW. I'm absolutely loving your photos!

I only showed it to John because I didn't want to say anything in front of the kids or Mama. I'm so glad that you're back on the boards and feeling better. As I said over on your report, I saw your ticker and immediately started calculating the dates to see if our trips would overlap. They don't. :sad1:

You are toooo funny! Did you notice that the LSU shirt isn't purple? It's an odd maroon/burgundy color and was on clearance. That's probably why. :lmao: Seriously, I have no idea why John was looking so somber. I am always having to tell him to smile in picture though.

I sure do feel that tug. I feel it every time I see pictures of her when she was a little girl, when she was growing up, when she was getting married, etc. It sure doesn't seem like she's supposed to be old enough to be married and on her own now.

I said it over on your pre-trip report but I am so sad to hear that Amanda and Matt aren't coming with ya'll. But, I can totally understand why they aren't.

Pretty flower pictures!

Love that momma was leaving the kids in her dust!

That poor girl with the tooth! I couldn't help but think "at least she's not self-conscious" :rotfl2:

Aren't the flowers gorgeous! I so wish they'd have the Flower & Garden Festival all the way through the end of May like they used to.

Mama can kick up some dust when she's ready to go somewhere. I bet she could outrun us all. :rotfl:

I know...the tooth was sooooo obvious!

:rotfl2: God forgive me, but that right there is funny!

That is a HUGE pearl! What was it's size? Picture of the setting please!

Lord forgive me and feed the starving pigmies. (Sorry, had to follow that up with Larry the Cable guy too.)

I have three different size pearls and I think this one was either the 7 3/4 mm or the 8mm. It was pretty big.

Oh goodness....John and Skip....that's exactly what John said. :rotfl2:

I have three different size pearls and I think this one was either the 7 3/4 mm or the 8mm. It was pretty big. I tried taking pictures of the three pendants this morning but I'm not sure they turned out very well. I'll post them anyway when I get a chance to upload them to photobucket.

John can sleep any time, any where.

I forgot about the anatomically correct picture in Morocco and I totally forgot to look for it in December. But now that I've seen pictures of it on two different TRs it must really be there. :lmao:

I didn't even know it was there until April's trip report.

We do the green side of Mission Space because I get very sick and dizzy:sick: on anything that spins. Maybe if my mom is up for the orange side this time she can take River so he can try it. He would probably love it.

I'm so disappointed that Test Track will be down when we go:sad2:

You had me laughing out loud for real when you said that girl should smile with her mouth closed.

I can't wait to see what your family gets up to next!

Hunter was nervous the first time he rode Mission Space and that was back in the day when there was only one side....the extreme one! Now, he loves it as do the rest ofus.

I had read that Test Track will be closed but I don't see it on the Disney World site yet.

The "anatomically correct" picture is hilarious...I have seen that one! :lmao:

I think we must have been just ahead of you guys at the Pick-a-Pearl! Well sort of...30 minutes to an hour!

I just love World Showcase. Great pictures!!

I am sure that the anatomically correct "thing" isn't supposed to be what it seems but it sure looks like it.

We really must have been right behind ya'll then.

After the thirty minutes had elapsed, I went back in to pick up my pendant and had to wait in a line. After about 10 minutes, I was handing them my ticket and given my pendant in a box with instructions on it's care. I tucked the box into my purse and asked everybody if they were ready to continue our travels. They were and we did!

My own little Statue of Liberty:

Approaching the next country on our trip....Italy!

Look at the detailing on the buildings:
100_1835.jpg

Right about then a performer came out and started juggling and doing various tricks for the crowd. Hunter loves this sort of thing so he stood close to the front while the rest of the group found a table. I took more pictures.

100_1836.jpg

By the way, this was the same guy that we saw at Downtown Disney and I saw him at the Boardwalk on another trip report.

100_1837.jpg

Hum, I don't know why I had the camera pointed this high?

I think John had gone to get us a couple of drinks and met us back at the table. We were people watching and all of the sudden, this was in our face:

You can not convince me that she didn't know that her underwear were that far up. It gives me the wiggles just thinking about how that felt.

I've never done pick a pearl, but I think I may this trip. Your pictures and description are just too tempting!

The anatomically correct picture is hilarious. I will have to find it and point it out to my mom. She will either be terribly embarrassed or laugh hysterically or both. Her favorite Super Bowl commercial was the naked M&M.:lmao:

I saw this group and wondered if they were Disers since they were wearing lime green shirts.

100_1847.jpg

After the show, we waited a few minutes to let the crowd filter out and we were back on our walk. Our next stop was in Germany:

There were some really cute blown glass items for sale:

Oh I almost forgot! We were also on a mission of sorts. A mission to find the giant gummy bears that I had read about on the Disboards. All of us were looking for them and finally had to ask a castmember for their help. Can you believe that they had a total of three left? And, they certainly weren't as big as they had looked in the pictures I had seen.

100_1853.jpg

This one is blurry but it gives an idea of it's size:

Hunter is a gummy bears/worm fanatic and he could hardly wait to take a bite:

Pick a Pearl is something "different" to experience in WDW and I recommend it if you wear jewelry. :thumbsup2

Let me know what your Mama says about the anatomically correct picture.

Isn't it just ridiculous?!?! It serves absolutely no purpose...so one of the people who built or designed that building had a sick sense of humor! There are always groups of tipsy ladies taking their photo with it during the food & wine.

I wish our trips would overlap! (They will someday!!) I just had to plan for WDW earlier in May because John only gets that one week off in July. :headache:

The louds were finally moving away revealing some blue sky! I think I was napping about this time! :rolleyes1

I would just be glad that the lady with the underwear issues didn't try correcting it while standing in front of you! :scared1: I can't imagine that being comfortable!

How lovely to be able to sit, relax and people watch in the "old world"! :goodvibes

Hi Lisa,
Oh My! I never noticed that in Morocco before....have to look for it next time :rotfl2:

I have never done the pick-a-pearl.....it sounds so fun and I would love a pearl ring, will have to do it next time for sure!

I love the candy lady! Back in 08 she made me a pig! it was soo cute. I got to keep it, but soon after read she can not give them away anymore... :confused3

Lord forgive me and feed the starving pigmies. (Sorry, had to follow that up with Larry the Cable guy too.)

The ones from New Guinea?? :rotfl2:

O My! :rotfl2:

Maybe you should have told her about those new Hanes undies that don't creep up!

Getting caught up on your last couple of updates, I had to LOL at the "Wedgie lady" (she was probably afraid to "make an adjustment" in public! LOL )

I think I would have to walk over to a corner or something and do a little something to that wedgie! It was a major one!

The ones from New Guinea?? :rotfl2:

Yep, those are the same ones...'cept they are spelled pygmies. I swear I am so red neck sometimes. :lmao:

The lady definitely needed Hanes underwear!

I had never noticed "that" in Morocco either. It was in April's report and I knew I had to go looking for it.

Pick a Pearl is a neat thing to do. They had several ring settings. We bought one for Lacey the year before. I think the total was around $75.00 for all of it.

I've read that the candy lady and Disney now donate her creations to the Children's Hospital in Orlando.

Giant gummy bears?!? What will they think of next.

I know! He had that think eaten up in no time at all.

The louds were finally moving away revealing some blue sky! I think I was napping about this time! :rolleyes1

I remember that the sun started shining a little while after the rain shower and it made for a steamy walk through World Showcase.

I don't see how the underwear lady stood it. If I have a pair of underwear that aren't comfortable, I take them off as soon as I get home and throw them in the garbage. That would have driven me crazy!

Isn't it just ridiculous?!?! It serves absolutely no purpose...so one of the people who built or designed that building had a sick sense of humor! There are always groups of tipsy ladies taking their photo with it during the food & wine.

Can you image the Imagineers saying let's not hide a Hidden Mickey, let's hide a ****.

One day, we'll be at Disney World at the same time and we'll get to actually meet each other face to face.

I can't make any commits on the shorts lady.....Sometimes that happens to me.....but the picture of me would be my hand pulling it out. :lmao:

:rotfl2:

I was going to say, maybe she got tired of pulling them out of the crack. :rotfl:

That is definitely a "What Not to Wear" moment. The frightening thing is I live in fear of my backside and legs looking like that. :sad2: Yikes! Just yesterday at work there was a PT student with pants so far up her @*@$ that I almost busted out laughing in her face as we were being introduced. Not a good memory! I still shudder!

Otherwise, beautiful detail pics!
