Jumping, Dancing & Jamming Our Way Through Walt Disney World! I'm With the Band Now!

Lisa, to you and many fervant prayers for you, your aunt, your whole family. I pray that God would bless her remaining time with great memories, joy, peace and excitement for her to finally see her Savior face to face! I pray that you can all celebrate her life and her legacy during this time and that every day would be regarded as a miracle :grouphug:

Lisa, I'm so sorry to hear about your sad news. I'll be keeping your aunt and her family in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry about your sad news. I think I would do the same in her situation. I am praying for peace and grace for all the family and for peace, grace, and freedom from pain for your aunt.

So very sorry to hear about your aunt! Will be praying!!!

Lisa I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. Of course I will send my most positive thoughts her way. I hope she will have a lot of good family and friends time left. I will keep you in my thoughts too:hug:

Thank you all so very much! As you can well imagine, it's a hard time for the family. My Aunt's husband who passed away from esophagus cancer also chose not to have treatments after being told about his illness. Instead, he chose to embrace the days he had left and the church even held a celebration of his life before he got too ill to visit with everyone.

I can only hope that if this were to ever happen to me that I can handle it with as much dignity and grace as my Aunt and Uncle.

Lisa, I am so, so sorry to hear about your Aunt. I am glad that she has made peace with her decision, although that doesn't make it any easier for you. Hugs!!

I just want to tell you, too, that I have had the best couple of days reading your trip report and seeing the beautiful pictures of Lacey's wedding! OMG! I feel like I know your family personally now. Hunter and my Victoria are the same age and she is just as fussy as he is with eating, although I think she's even more so as she doesn't even eat cheese pizza!! :rotfl2: She's in Quebec City with the French Club right now, so I can just imagine what she's eating. (Cereal and milk, anyone??) I haven't been over to your PTR yet, but that's next. I hope you don't mind I've copied a couple of your CBR photos. You remind me of myself with your picture taking! I love your pictures with you in them! Please don't think your face or hair looks funny because you really should see some of MY pictures! And I just love the relationship between your family.

Lisa, I am sending prayers to you and all of your Aunt's family...especially her and your mama. I will keep you in my thoughts while we are away and I send you a big

Thank you so much! It's going to be tough on the family but at least knowing that she is at peace will help us deal with the situation.

I'm so happy that you have been enjoying the trip report. We are a bunch of crazy folks who love to have fun and spending time with one another. As you can tell, I am pretty wordy/chatty and give lots of details so that readers can get the feeling as if they know us.

Poor Victoria! I bet she's going to be ready for something to eat by the time she gets home. Hunter is going on a trip next weekend and I can just see him picking over his food.

I don't mind at all if you borrow some of my CBR pictures. Isn't the resort gorgeous! Love love love it!

You are in my prayers, please keep us updated.

So sorry to hear that Lisa. I hope she is pain free.

Lisa, I am sending prayers to you and all of your Aunt's family...especially her and your mama. I will keep you in my thoughts while we are away and I send you a big

Thank you all so much! The doctors have told her that they will give her pain meds if the pain gets to be too much for her. They believe that the masses under her arms are what will be the most painful.

So sorry to hear about your aunt. My aunt died of lung cancer in 05, she was only 68, but she too decided to skip treatments as quality of life meant more to her than quantity. Breaks my heart to hear your news. I will keep her and your family in my thoughts.

Lisa, I am so sorry to hear the news about your aunt. My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family. You are right....the power of prayer is beyond our understanding! I know this must be very hard on your family..I also know there is peace in knowing the blessed Company that your aunt will be keeping!

Hi Lisa! So sorry to hear about your Aunt. Cancer is such a horrible disease! I have lost so many family & friends recently due to cancer! Glad that your Aunt is at peace with her decision. What a terrible decision to have to make! I'm sure she will spend her last moments on Earth surrounded by all her family & friends! I will be thinking & praying for her & your family during this difficult time!

I'm so sorry to hear that. These things are so hard on the family and you will all be in prayers. We just have to remember that it's hard for those left behind, but the one going to be with Jesus is SO much better off than we are here. I thank God for that gift!

So sorry to hear about your aunt, even knowing she's going straight from Earth to Heaven it's hard on the ones left behind. I will be thinking & praying about your aunt, you & your family.

My boss has been fighting ovarian cancer for a little more than a year now. Her faith and strength has been unreal!! It has truly amazed me! It really makes me stop and think how how would handle it...not so sure I could be as strong but you never know!! She is having treatment though and it has been rough. My grandmother chose no treatment and just enjoy the days God gave her!! Still thinking of you and your family!

Oh Lisa, I am so sorry to hear the sad news about your aunt. She will be in my prayers as well as your whole family. God grant that she goes peacefully.

God bless you all.

Lisa, I am so very sorry to hear about your Aunt. Sending love, hugs and prayers to you and your family. Your faith will comfort all of you and help you get through this very difficult time.

Lisa, so sorry to hear about your Aunt. Will send continued thoughts and prayers to your family. I understand how she feels and believe I would make the same decision. After watching my dad try to fight leukemia and getting so sick and feeling so bad, I think I would rather just take the pain meds and dream of the better place that lies ahead. Please know you will be in my thoughts.
