Hi, Ive printed off my tickets but the barcode doesn't show up, I'm not really computer literate now on my 4th attempt. Any ideas would be appreciated.

None of the barcodes show up ? You should have 3 of them.

Daft questions time

-You are printing it in A4
-You haven't changed the size of the impression ? Reduced font that sort of thing ?
It should be at 169%
-You are printing it vertcally and not horizontally

I'm asking as it states that it has to be done just so on the ticket

If you are doing all of that and it's still not showing up I don't know what to suggest

You could try but I don't know if it would work as you will have already validated your ticket when you entered in the park with it the first time.


Do all your tickets have the same number on them or not ?

I've justed printed mine off and when I look at it before printing I can see 2 of the barcodes as been black rectangles and the one right at the bottom looking like a barcode.

When printed off they all come out correct.

The 169% thing can be seen when you are looking at it again before printing

It says just above the view window 8.27 x 11.69 inches

Yes you need photo id with you and it says it should be the document (passport/driving license/national id card/residents card) not a photocopie

Aucune photocopie ne pourra être acceptée.

Thanks Carrie I have managed to print it off correctly using the format you suggested. I had already booked our package but the restaurant vouchers are a bonus. Normally go to Plaza Gardens on our day of arrival and this year both our DD's are classed as adults so any extra saving is appreciated.

Just don't forget your id and to pass it through on your way into the park on the day you want to use it as then it's validated
