If you read my PTR you know we LOVE The Plaza. We ate there for lunch on our first day last year and had such a good experience we wanted to do the same.
I love the decor. If you are a fan of Art Nouveau and Alphonse Mucha you will love the decor. I didn't take much picture of the restaurant this meal but I did when we are there the second time (yes we like it that much) so stay tuned.
I got the Chicken Strawberry Salad –
Fresh Garden Greens, Grilled Chicken Breast, Cucumbers, fresh Strawberries, and Gorgonzola tossed in a White Zinfandel Vinaigrette Dressing
It was fresh, refreshing and delicious.
I love the dressing and that they are very generous with the Gorgonzola.
I also got the pomegranate lemonade which I love!
Mr. Incredible got the Meatloaf Meal –
Hearty Slices of Home-style Meatloaf served with Red Skinned Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Whole Kernel Corn
I gave it a try. It was wonderful. It looks heavy but it is not greasy and the ingredients seem simple fresh and nicely blended. The corn also had a fresh taste to it, it definitely didn't taste canned.
Goose had the chicken strip meal, which I did not take a picture of.
Of course we had to get dessert. Mr. Incredible and I split the Brownie Sundae –
Vanilla Ice Cream and a Fudge Brownie topped with Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry
Which was amazing! Gooey, fudgey and perfect. The brownie was giant but had that distinctive brownie texture and taste in the best sense.
Goose got the mint chocolate ice cream.

As if lunch wasn't awesome enough something super magical happened. They mayor came in to choose a Junior Mayor and guess who was picked!
The ribbon was awesome but even better he got a pass to get the whole family to the front of any line of one ride!
After lunch I used my space mountain fast pass. I love the ride but I don't really like riding rides by myself.
After space mountain we let Goose choose what he wanted to use his mayor pass on. He chose the speedway. Honestly I kind of overlooked that ride in the planning and it ended up being his favorite. Probably because he get to drive. He carried his little speedway license around the rest of the day.
After the speedway Mr. Incredible and Goode rode Dumbo and I finally got the nice camera out.
After Dumbo it was time to head back for or pools break. We stopped for a photo pass picture just as the celebrate show was going
