Those using swagbucks ???

Because rewards programs can go belly up without warning or reduce the value of the points by raising the number needed to cash out. An account can get hacked and you could lose all of your SBs. The reward that you were saving for could disappear before you get an opportunity to redeem. Lots of reasons not to allow your balance to get too high.

Another reason, is that high point cashouts can trigger "account reviews." Where people suddenly find their account has been shut down and the program claims some sort of violation and appeals are denied. Then you are out all your points.

AYCE?? All you can eat????
You got it

Couple other acronyms off the top of my head
LTG = laptop guy (in videos under sponsored)
TTG = tank top girl (same as LTG)

both these and the binocular lady in the same section credit as Discover which helps with the daily ToDo list and the current Discover promo going on.

Data point: I know most of you did Gillette last month but I did it this morning and it credited instantly. It's coded as Discover so a good money maker considering the bonus.

Out of pocket: $10.80
Earned: 2000 SB
plus it put me over second goal for today: 20 SB bonus
Discover bonus next week: 500 SB

Print out the coupons. Right now it credits for a maximum of 40 per day. I choose coupons that I have no need for and then have them "print" to an old, inactive printer. No wasted paper or ink and the points usually credit in 48 hours.

Thank you! I hadn't thought about this and have never done the coupon print outs (with the exception of a couple here or there that I knew I could use) because I didn't like the idea of wasting a bunch of ink and paper on something I wouldn't use. Tried this yesterday and received credit today!!

Does anyone still have "Bag o Plenty" in Watch? Mine is gone as of today.

Yes, same, all the "new" watchlists were gone for me this morning (That's Entertainment, The Show must go on, bag o plenty, etc). But I just refreshed and The Show Must Go On is showing in the Editors Picks again. So maybe not gone forever.

(I hope not, they're the only ones that I can actually watch. Occasionally I'll get a 'oops' but for the most part they've been sticking around. If I watch other lists I get a 'oops' and then everything is gone)

Today's special offer is the Shell Fuel Rewards. I have done this already in the past, but thought, why not? Well, it credited for 250 SB and counts towards Discover, so make sure you try it again. I now need just 15 more SB in Discover to hit the 1000 SB.

I too have done this offer before, but I tried it again with a different email address. Worked like a charm! Thanks!

Obviously, you can each do what you feel is best. I can tell you that I have been on swagbucks for about 8 years now (yes, 8 years.) They have never upped the price of gift cards. They usually instead choose to lower the credit you get for things. I have never had an issue with receiving gift cards I ordered. I have never had my account shut off or reviewed for cashing out higher value gift cards. Why would higher value denominations be a cash out option if they were going to shut down your account for cashing in for them? That's dumb! I fee very comfortable saving up for $50 or $100 cards without any hesitation.

So, I'll preface this with I have no idea if this will work but...

Looking back through my Discover items in my Ledger, the SB earned from buying gift cards through mygiftcardsplus shows up. They're listed as "Swagbucks Rewards: MyGCP MyGCP" but there's no Swagbucks Rewards category in the drop down. So it could be that they count as discover or it's just where some programmer shoved them in the query instead of making a separate category.
I guess if you were thinking about buying a gift card anyway, if you do it before the 1st you could see if it counts towards the bonus and be nicely surprised. But I probably wouldn't bank on it.

However, I know for sure if you click on the button in the "Enter for your chance to win" email Swagbucks sent today you'll get 5sb that counts as Discover. Gettin' there slowly... :D

So this is a moneymaker? I guess I was thinking it was a thing where you, for example, spend $20 then they give you 2000 SB. Did you just spend $10.80 on something? Is that the end of it or do you have to order more in the future? I really don't need a bunch of razors but as a money maker, seems like it could be a good deal!

I too have done this offer before, but I tried it again with a different email address. Worked like a charm! Thanks!
Both DD27 and I did it again last night with different emails and it went thru okay otoh, but its says SB will show as pending for 3 days. Neither of ours show as pending and a day later still no credit. But, having done this before, it always credited instantly even tho it said it wouldn't. Did you or anyone else get your SB's immediately, or are they still pending? I guess I'll try again. Was gonna try again right now but think I'll wait so if they do credit for me they'll go for Friday's daily goal. Already have today's.

I agree with you! And, as a pp said, I like to see my totals get a bit higher! I start the month with whatever bit is left after finishing redeeming what I earned the previous month and then just keep going until the month end, and on the last day, well, last night of the month, I redeem for the $2200 gc(usually Target, tho last month and probably will continue now, did BB). Then usually these days I take the rest in Paypal, the biggest I can like $50 or even $100. Then for what's left, I'll get a smaller Target or BB if they have it. Usually I'm $100-125 a month, and DD27 is total like $60 - $100, unless we have really good months. One month for me was like $175 which for me was great!

This month has been pretty good for both of us if we can get the Honest Co ones to credit from the tickets we had to send in. Been a few days since we sent those in so I think we'll try to email back again and hope to get an answer tomorrow. Hopefully we've been patient enough as I sent one in on Mon night and she did on Tues night, and other than automated requests for the info we'd already sent in, we haven't had any responses for either of us. Not much experience with sending tickets in other than for missing SB for finishing a survey. Not sure how much to push them or what to say other than showing that I've completed the deal. Was really hoping to have these credit for this month and that's looking a bit less likely. I guess I should have put in a ticket at 14, 15 days instead of waiting till 21 days, giving them a chance to show up.

Also still hoping the fact that each of our tickets having the same ticket number just refers to the number they assign to the particular Honest Co deal. Just seemed a bit odd to me.

Checking with anyone who did the Kobo ebooks offer at the top of the Adgate Media page. 140 SB. I saw someone here post about it the other day and I did it and it worked great, though it wouldn't take my bank card, had to go thru Paypal. Found the book for $5.01, got a $5 credit and only paid 1 cent! Great deal and easy for the 140 SB! DD27 tried and it wouldn't take her bank card either, but didn't have time to do the paypal at the time. I saw others on Reddit say the same, many used a prepaid CC.
DD27 was gonna try now but noticed it says "Purchase any eBook from Kobo. For a limited time, get $5.00 off your first ebook purchase from Kobo. Total ebook purchase must be $10.00 or more."
I don't remember the offer reading that way before! Is it new or did I just miss it before? I only paid 1 cent so can't see how it could have been there when I did the deal. Obviously won't be able to do the deal now if that's the case which is a bummer! Wish we remembered to do it earlier!

Thanks for posting this! I had not done that offer, but your post inspired me to sign up first thing this morning. The 2000 SB credited instantly, and I'll look forward to the 500 SB bonus next week. You're right, that's a good money maker!

Last night noticed a couple 7 sb ncraves that are there this morning as well. So far they're running for me ok and not getting bogged down. I run them, they disappear, then pop back up a few rounds later.

Did you just do the lowest priced one with the one time order? If it's crediting for everyone this morning I'll go ahead and sign up. I thought others had problems in the past.

Can 2 people in the same household do the same offer (different SB accounts of course), such as the Gillette one, with same billing and mailing address, and maybe even same credit card used?

I want to tell one of my referrals about the Gillette offer while the discount and bonus are both going on, and I'd like to be able to tell her if her husband can do the same offer.

TIA!

Yes, I did the lowest priced one as a one time order. Total came to $10.60.
