I think a better plan would be to grab some cold drinks and sit back ans watch that hedge grow.

Problem is, it's gotten to the point where the overgrowth is damaging vehicles (and I need to make room to store one of them in a different spot as well). Since that part of the property will have been in the shade most of the afternoon and the heat should have broken by about 6:00 or so, it's better to get on it while I still have daylight and before the temps really start getting out of hand tomorrow and next week.

True. Posted before the goal and Iran was out of control. Had an own goal once in an intramural game during college. Not a good feeling.

I saw some pretty good flopping from the women when the World Cup was here in 2015. That being said I thought someone shot Suarez at the end of the first game today.

I was a goalie for years for several teams, so took my fair share of guilt for goals.
I remember the first week I came on these boards, a Disdad scored an own goal from a corner........

If that guy was from a South American country he would be seeking asylum somewhere.

It was terrible what happened to Escobar. I think it was the game against the US.

That being said I thought someone shot Suarez at the end of the first game today.

Did you see him try and head butt the other guy in the nuts? Suarez can't help himself, he's mad as a box of frogs.

The Spain Portugal game is a good one.

The heat index 'round here is expected to enter the realm of physically hazardous this afternoon and stay there for about a week. or so. That being the case I decided that what needs to happen this evening is that I ought to go out in the yard an start pruning and shearing back the hedges and overhanging limbs that are encroaching on our parking spaces.

Well, it's the heat, it's the humidity. Or, it's just the laborious work. I told DW she can do all the landscaping she wants, as long as she does the work. Yeah, we have no landscaping.

Amazing Spain/Portugal game. Both teams looked really good at times. Whatever you think of Renaldo personally, he is a heck of a player.

Feel your pain. Played Left Forward so I had a plus goal count. Forte though was setting up people to score the goal. Was a Bridesmaid many a time.

Something I've been meaning to do...
But since they are planning to alter/replace the attraction where you can do this (and likely before I can get back down there) I'm wondering if it will still be offered or possibly moved to a different part of the park. Have any insights on that?

I have not heard anything, but being where it is, I can see some kind of modification or movement to another part of the park or IMO it really should be in MK. But it keeps Walt alive in HS so it will most likely stay. As far as taking the test it did have a name change at the beginning of the year, I was actually asking about the old one when we did it. If I find out it is moving to a different spot I will let you know

Agreed. His level of professionalism is incredible, but his ego is off the charts. Watching a documentary I learnt that Messi and Ronaldo don't vote for each other for the Balon D'Or. He missed a penalty at Upton Park when he was at Man U, so it was fun giving him some stick.
