Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I'm still thinking happy thoughts about that mimosa cart...I know that some of the CLs do mimosas and such for Sunday mornings, does anyone know if CR CL does?

In other news, I think I'm two weeks away from departure today and I am not prepared! I need to get my act together!

I’ve been able to have a mimosa most every morning, even if they don’t have a specific serving station set up just ask a CM they should be able to fix you up.

Is it bad when I asked for 2 one time and she said ahh one for the wife, I said no I just don’t want to come back up right away!!!

Had she wanted one though I would have definitely gotten 3.....:D

Has anyone rented a poolside cabana at GF while staying CL? Wondering if it's 'worth it' while staying CL since the pool is so close to the main building/ lounge (and snacks/drinks) anyway. Also wondering if anyone has recent pricing for it as I'm finding wildly conflicting numbers online, I did ask on the GF thread but didn't get a bite. TIA! :thanks:
P.S. :offtopic:, so hope that's okay. Last year we booked a private airport transfer (which we LOVED!), and I remember some fellow CL Dis'ers had chimed in on my posts about it at that time. On our way back to the airport on departure day, they picked us up two hours prior to our flight time, and we had PLENTY of extra time at the airport. This year, the same company is suggesting at least 2 1/2 hours prior to our flight time in early February, which seems like too much to me. We do not have TSA pre-check. We did still stick to requesting pickup two hours before, but now I'm wondering if I'm making a mistake! Is two hours enough? Too much or too little? Anyone have recent MCO experience with security? TIA!!!

We were at MCO less than two weeks ago and it took ~30 minutes to walk through security. This was around 1pm on a weekday.

Will you possibly have a stroller, if so just go through that line, in the past we had literally walked right through, so awesome. Otherwise it can be hit or miss at mco a half hour isn’t a huge difference I guess.

Oh I did ask on a recent stay about a cabana, I believe it was $175 and $275, I didn’t get it, had it been summer that would have been a different story though.

Thanks for letting me know! That doesn't sound bad at all!

Thanks for your reply! No, the 1/2 hour isn't such a big deal, just wondering if even two hours was too much. We have been considering bringing and gate checking our jogging stroller (last trip we rented), but it would take up an awful lot of room in the airport transport vehicle (Suburban), so we may not bring it. I had no idea having a stroller got you through security faster!
Thank you, as well, for the recent cabana rental fees! I'm eyeing it but not sure if it's worth it as the CL lounge is relatively close to the pools anyway, and who knows how pool-friendly February weather will be? :cool2: But it’s still tempting...

i could only book concierge for one night of our stay. If concierge is available at checkin for my entire stay will the charge be current rack rate or the rate that i booked my other concierge night? i will keep checking to see if all 8 days open up, but i don't want to have too many "one night" reservatons. is there a limit to the number of reservations at one time? i already have 3 reservations for our 8 night stay.

I'm so happy! I was able to get the summer discount this morning and book BWI CL and Poly CL for July 4th holiday. I have always wanted to stay at Poly CL for July 4th and we finally get to do it this year!! Super excited!!
:love::love::love::love::love:

We did Poly (DVC) last 4th of July and we really enjoyed it! I honestly liked just hanging out at the resort all day, so much to see and do. We’ll be next door at GF! Maybe we’ll see you on the beach!

Are you looking online or calling? Maybe you’ve done both. I would expect to pay rack but we have added an extra day towards the end of a trip we drove down on and was charged the same rate as originally booked with discount. I have never heard of a limit on reservations. I have been told your not supposed to have multiple reservations that overlap at multiple locations.

Yes! That would be awesome!! We typically stay the second week in July but after reading all the fun you, GADisneyDad and others I had, I really hoped I could get a decent deal and stay over the 4th. My play is to just hang out at the resort all day on the 4th and hopefully get a cabana for part of the day. Can't wait!!
