Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

Was the phone CM able to help you get past the 14 day total limit?
I was initially able to book all 5 days for our July/Aug trip for myself and my husband, 2 days (our of 8) for our Thanksgiving trip for my husband (but none for me), and all 8 days of our Thanksgiving trip for our kids (they aren't going on the July/Aug, early Nov, or Jan trips).
So initially I got 5 days, DH 7 (5 for one resort res, 2 for another).

There were overall (systemwide) glitch fixes that happened late yesterday evening. I want to say I started seeing reports that people's issues were suddenly fixed around 10 or 11 pm EST?
BEFORE the "glitch fix" both DH and I would click on a date in the park pass reservation system and there would be a "?" in the top right hand corner of our profile pics and a message that said we were unable to book park reservations ("park pass limit reached").
After the glitch fixes that supposedly happened late yesterday evening, I was able to book park reservations for ALL the remaining days of our resort reservations for me only. I didn't get any more errors in the system for my account.
AFTER the fix, whenever I selected my husband only and clicked on a date, all parks were greyed out and the system said the parks were unavailable for that date. So he went from one error to another.

DH had to call today and waited on hold for around 3.5 hours before being connected with a CM. It took her about half an hour to fix the problem. She had to transfer his AP voucher to a dummy account controlled by him (same name and profile information as DH, the only difference is a different middle initial), switch out DH's real profile on both our November and our January resort reservations (so the dummy profile is now listed on the resort reservations instead of DH), and then make park reservations for the dummy profile.

DH's current AP is set to expire at the end of October. She said to call back the day after his AP expires and they'll merge his real and dummy profiles so that his real profile is then listed for the November and January trips. (Can't speak to how that will actually work until we cross that bridge; also a little worried how the supposed 1 month AP extension that's supposed to happen in October will affect things.)

OH MY GOODNESS - I have been on hold for 2 hours to IT from the UK and then got disconnected because my mobile phone provider cut the call off as i had gone over my credit limit, being on hold for 2 hours has cost me almost £200, this is an absolute nightmare. I do not have a land line, can't access web chat, get no reply to emails and I am still stuck at one park only for a 14 day stay. I AM OFFICIALLY DONE!!
So sorry for you. Have you tried the chat in MDE app. I used that yesterday, explained the problem, gave my booking number, name etc and it was fixed overnight. Give your number and ask them to call back if they can’t fix it. Also, I have used this number to get through to WDW in the US, 0800 640 6500. It’s a U.K. free phone.503611

I used 800-848-6413, ext 3 and spoke with Laura. I was trying to book 13 days over two separate trips and was unable to book anything past the first day of my second trip. The problem was a 4 day ParkHopper that was attached to my account. She cancelled that and booked my remaining days.

I got straight through into the queue and was on hold for three hours before my call dropped and then again for two hours before Laura picked up. She was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about everything that was going on.

Are you able to call an 800 number without paying? I got through right away twice yesterday and once this morning by calling 800-848-6413 ext 3. I still had to wait on hold for hours, but at least I didn't have to redial 200+ times like my husband did (he called a 407 number).

ETA: I found that the above number plays music/messages for a while and then goes totally silent. I stayed on the line and someone eventually answered.

From what I'm hearing from multiple people that if you can get through to IT (endure the 2 hour wait) on the 1-800-848-6413 number, problems are getting fixed. On hold now to give it a shot.

The 800 number is definitely better than the 407 number. I was able to get right through as opposed to dialing i n 150 - 200 times. Just waiting on hold and going to give it a second try today. I'm a glutton for punishment...

I have been on hold with the 800 lines for two hours:( earlier they answered right at 2 but the call immediately cut off. So anxious

They just closed the chat on me after I finally got through :)
DH first spoke to a chat CM while he was on hold for a phone CM. Re: Chat CM he said, "They said it is a known issue they cannot fix from the chat window. But he tried one thing and it didn’t help."
(DH's issue was having a current AP and an AP voucher. Resulted in an error where the calendar showed every day greyed out (parks unavailable)

For those who are struggling with the "No Parks Available" issue, please access this Help:Contact Us:eMail function to send Disney a detailed yet respectful email documenting your issues, and request for a quick and effective resolution.

Both my DW and I have sent one describing our DVC/Resort Reservations/APs/etc status and the continuing booking issues we are experiencing. Ours issue is now we can book only 1 Park Pass before being blocked by the "No Parks Available" note.

Hopefully this will get someone's attention because IMO it seems like no one is listening to us.

Did it actually cut off or just go silent? I called the 800 number a yesterday and this morning. Every time, it went totally silent after a while (an hour?) but I stayed on the line and someone eventually picked up.

You more than likely will not be able to get through today due to the backlog call volume. I started calling them around 8AM and after about 150 calls finally got through and then waited just shy of 3 hours to talk to somebody in IT. Wish you luck and hope you get somebody in IT who is actually helpful as it is very hit or miss reading through the thread.

Editing to add to use 800-848-6413 and not any of the 407 numbers. Was able to get right in and on hold using this number.

Thanks you for the information. Will try the number you gave

Just got done talking to them. There is a known issue with multiple trips. Some people have been fortunate, and been able to reserve parks days for multiple trips.
Many are in the same position as I am. It doesn't recognize the second stay as a resort stay.
Went through several attempts to fix the problem, none worked.
Its up to IT to fix the issue now. Was told everything was correct on my end.
At least they confirmed there is plenty of room on the days I was trying to reserve.

do i just cancel my trip?

If that happens to me (not getting the reservations I want), I am planning to wait until closer to my trip to cancel because there is always the chance Disney could add more capacity. Everything has been so fluid lately (goes without saying, I know!)

I can’t even log in yet. I get bumped out and back to the login screen every time. I see something about creating your party, and then the page goes back to the login.

So, for now, I am waiting patiently until I can log in, or until the phone lines are less busy, etc.
