Pottery Barn is releasing a Disney line at PB, PB Kids, PB Teen, and Williams Sonoma. Super cute stuff. I like the Minnie apron but I'm trying only to buy what I need right now.
Both my kids have outgrown their kid size aprons, so I had new ones on their holiday lists. I will have to check this out!

Will a GC purchase trigger the 10X UR credit? I tried to pay from my Apple account, but I'm only getting 3 options: pay with cc on file, add a new cc or use an Apple gc. This could be unique to Cdn purchases, I'm not sure.
I wanted to wait and see if my purchase would code as streaming before replying to you. I changed the payment cc on file on DH's Apple account to CSR and loaded some money into his account, and that did code 10x streaming. I did not buy a gift card, so I don't know if that would work. HTH

Thanks for the update. I am sorry for all you are going thru and if posting here helps you then go ahead and post. If anyone doesn't like the posts you can just scroll away.
What browser? I have found it only works properly in some browsers.

Is there one that you have found that works better than others?
I only have safari on my iPad and phone so that’s what I usually use.
Now the item is sold out:(

Oh, I use a desktop. I found Chrome works better than Edge. I did see the site crashed earlier today though, so no browser would have helped.

Got an email on my sock drawered oldest card-Discover It. Something along the lines of switch it to primary for Amazon purchases and get $15 back. I thought it was wierd timing because a random $11.xx credit popped onto the card (I havent used it in like 5 years!) and it said miles redemption--maybe it was some straggler miles they cashed out. (am I the only one who abandons small leftover amounts of miles vs. trying to find a use for them or aquire more to get to a redeemable amount? LOL).

Anyhow, I think they are trying to get me to use the card. But for 26$ back I might bite!

I need some advice. I'm looking to try again for the CSP (with increased signup bonus 80K), but here's my dilemma:

I was denied for CSP back in July due to a) too many recent cards and b) too many balances.
I plan to pay off card balances PRIOR to statements cutting, so the balances should show zero. My last card was March 2020 (Chase IHG Premier). Before that, it was April 2019. I'm at 3/24, and below 30% credit lines vs. household income w/ Chase. However, I have two inquiries from July now - one for the CSP which was denied, and then the next day I applied for Citi Premier, who then also denied me for reason: too many recent inquiries. I would have at that point had 2 in the past 6 months (IHG card in March, CSP in July) with Citi making it 3. So now, my question, do I try again with CSP? Does Chase look at inquiries that much as a factor in approving?

The second option is to go for a CIC for either myself or P2. I have no biz cards, but willing to try if my stats seem like they'd approve. P2 has a CIP opened in April 2020, and then the Citi card opened in July. He's at 4/24.

We'll wait until October to apply for either, so that it's 3 month spacing, but I don't know which to go for. I can't handle another denial at this point, lol.

The inquiries seem to have an impact so for yourself, I would definitely give it as much time as you can. I'm also going for the CSP and waiting for a bit to get into my higher spend time frame as well as waiting to see if they put out a referral link. DD and I trade back and forth on referrals, not exactly player 2 but any little bit helps.

Don't take it personally if they deny you - easier said, lol - but for a denial I'd probably call. DD always calls as she has a boatload of cards and fees and works with a much bigger mess than I do. A lot of her technique is listening quietly while they talk and then taking the conversation around and around. She gets herself approved. With Amex, it's involved closing a card and replacing it with the one she's looking for. They don't give you an option for that on their application, lol.

With Chase, she spends a lot on the CSR/CSP. Also with Amex. So I guess the higher volume spend is a big factor also.

Shopdisney is the worst!
I am trying to give them $200 and it won’t let me. I go to checkout/get to payment page/back to checkout/payment/checkout/payment
Disney- I just want to give you my money! Why won’t you take it!?!?

FYI: I think I saw a report today on twitter of massive system issues affecting Disney gift cards and Shop Disney.

EDIT: here’s more info...

And my plumber arrived, did a great job, charged as per the estimate and threw in a new handle for the toilet without adding it on the bill. Actually called and came earlier - didn't have to do the 'wait'! That alone was golden. The job was done quickly as his helper did the faucet and shut off while he did the wax ring. He made sure I inspected the work - as in as soon as he pulled the toilet up having me look and see the needed repair. Since I had dried everything up and turned off the water so quickly the day before, there wasn't much to look at, fortunately, but the work was necessary - I have enough experience with this problem to recognize it.

As we were chatting I mentioned all the no call backs and he was curious, surprised at a couple. He did say that he does the call backs 2 days a week, and he has someone who answers for him 3 days, but people always want to 'talk to the plumber' not the office help. He does his call backs after his on the road workday.

Anyway I was very pleased. They also wore their masks, shoe covers - I have some white carpet so that is appreciated. He used chlorox spray wiping up the area before he worked - Covid precaution, and said he would have sprayed Lysol but couldn't find enough for the amount he uses. After the job he suggested that I wipe down everything for my own reassurance. Handle, toilet seat, etc.

So, when he was doing the billing, I gifted him a large can of Lysol spray - one of the huge ones Costco sells in a 6 pack when you can get it. He was extremely happy with that.

The students are on campus. I believe there are some in person classes. The weather looks pretty nice on Sunday so I think we'll head west:) Just wish I knew what to show DD. The campus/dorms are so different from when I was there in the mid 90s. She's headed to Blacksburg the following weekend with her dad. I really wish they had tours but completely understand why it's not possible.

Their cases have gone up lately so they have put new restrictions up the other day. Not sure how walking around campus right now will be.

From our email—
First, gatherings will now be limited to five people, down from a previous limit of 15. Students will still be able to safely gather outside, including on the Lawn, but will have to do it in groups of five or fewer. If this new limit is not respected, we may have to consider additional restrictions, including curfews.

Second, all students will be required to wear masks at all times unless you’re at home in your room, eating, or exercising outdoors or in accordance with the guidelines at one of our on-Grounds IM/Rec facilities. And even when you are exercising, you should always keep a mask on hand in case you run into another person.

Finally, we are going to ramp up enforcement of our travel and visitor policies for students, which should be simple to understand and to follow: please do not leave Charlottesville over the next two weeks, and do not invite visitors to come to town. This is to protect people outside this community, as well as to prevent more of the virus from being brought back to Grounds.

Importantly, these masking and gathering guidelines will apply to faculty and staff on-Grounds as well. These new guidelines will officially go into effect tomorrow – Wednesday, Sept. 23 – at 9 a.m.

I told myself I wouldn't buy another VGC until I use those 2 and I finally used it to pay my Electric bill for this month and prepay next month.

I need to do this deal, which was my motivation. https://www.doctorofcredit.com/office-depot-online-300-visa-gift-card-for-285-shipped-limit-1/

Last year I bought so many I was finding them in drawers and not remembering that I had them or how much. Finally gathered all types of gift cards into one location.

Used the visa's at Costco, mostly. Gave my $50 MC's as gifts here and there. Started making an effort to use up my food gift cards - DD orders online a lot for both of us and for some reason couldn't use the cards. She would do drivethru with them when she could.

So, I've greatly reduced my gift card buying. And I recently found $200 in Home Depot in a bag I used last when I went to Hilton Head in March. So, I've got more than I need for random stuff at HD.
