Perfect timing! Was just trying to plan out our night. Thinking we will leave after fireworks, unless my kids are really hopped up on sugar!

MNSSHP Dessert Party Question - Does anyone know if you do the Dessert party after the fireworks can you stay in the garden area and see the Hocus Pocus Villain spelltacular and the Boo to you parade?

I'm hoping to get dessert tickets when they open up. What is the better viewing area? Tomorrowland Terrace seating area, or Plaza Garden viewing area? The tickets for the terrace cost about $15 more.

If you really want the better view, and don't care about sitting in a chair during the show, definitely the Plaza

I'm putting together a rough schedule for the Halloween party, though my question I'm sure applies to any of the parades in MK.

I know the parade route and that the crowds will be getting thick along Main St and the Hub 30+ min to parade start, but what if I want to cross from Adventureland to get to Tomorrowland? Are there paths left open for people to traverse across? When do those paths get closed off?

There are always paths created. They mark areas with tape on the ground for crowd control. You can get to Tomorrowland by going through Fantasyland.

Can it be crowded? Sure, but you can work your way around it or just avoid it until it passes. It's only about 20 minutes long.

Actually, our experience with both holiday parties has been that the crowds lining Main Street and the Hub get that bad about 4-4.5 HOURS before parade start time.

There will be a point kept open from Casey's across Main Street. It's getting there from Adventureland that could get...well, adventurous. ;)

The PP is correct: Work your way around the outskirts of Fantasyland behind the Castle to Tomorrowland. In fact, we enter the MK around 4:00 and head for the Plaza Restaurant, going past it into Tomorrowland. We simply stay back there, working our way around through Fantasyland, etc., doing rides and shopping until 7:00. We've typically been able to walk onto HM and 7DMT with this strategy since CMs stationed at intervals throughout Fantasyland are checking for party wristbands and directing non-partygoers toward the gate.

If you're planning to buy any party-exclusive souvenirs, head toward The Emporium to get there by 7:00. That's when guests are allowed to start shopping the party items display. It can be sold out in less than an hour, so grab what you want as soon as you can get to it. Going back as you leave the party is unlikely to get you anything.

I'm excited to see if there are any new characters this year. Would be great to see a few changes.
It would be nice to see new characters. I just hope Elvis Stitch is still there, they added him the year after I went. And Cruella, Aladdin & Abu and Belle& Gaston were ones I didn't manage last time.

I'd like to meet the Evil Queen (rather than at the Storybook meal, not too bothered by the food). Shes been seen at DLP this last week I think in prep for Halloween season. I go there just before my WDW trip but it's before the season starts so no idea if I'll catch her.

Does anyone know if they have Halloween themed magic band plus available?
Adding on: Or normal Halloween themed MBs? I know there was an exclusive Sanderson Sisters one released but I’m hoping something more Mickey/Minnie Halloween Disney will pop up.
