Has anyone ever had one of their Chase cards disappear from their online account view? DH was approved for a CIU a few weeks ago, card was showing online, we received it and have charged on it. I go in yesterday to pay the balance and it's not showing on his online account or on the app, as I've checked both. I SM'ed Chase to see what they could do and then they replied that they referred it onto their IT department who replied asking DH to call them. Luckily DH will call, not excitedly, but not like he won't do it. I've just never had this happen before and didn't know if it had to anyone else.
