Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Forgot to post today’s menu, but it was a repeat of the Sunday menu.

The eggs and biscuits were pretty good, but lukewarm even though I was there at 7ish. Went back a little later to get more coffee and they had some lids over the hot food. Genius!

Nothing says CL like luke warm scrambled eggs and room temp hard boiled eggs.

I agree about food temperatures. Everything over six nights was warm or lukewarm.

They need to start giving out warm egg discounts/refunds.

Definitely not. The issue seemed worse at breakfast than dinner. We were always at the lounge around 7 or 7:30. It’s not like we strolled in at 10:25.

Anyone know what time food services starts for breakfast at the CR Atrium Club level lounge?

7 am. I found that it was often a little past 7 by the time they got everything out though.

I was told that you have club level access till midnight of the day you check out. What if your doing a split stay?
Im staying at Boardwalk in a deluxe room club level but the day of checkout, I'm checking into the Riviera. Once I check into another resort will my magic band stop working to gain entrance to the club level at Boardwalk?

Just received our call from Chronos Club regarding our upcoming stay! The usual call welcoming us and asking if we have any questions. The CM was super sweet! I was kind of disappointed, though, because the lounge once again did not receive any of the allergy information that I filled out through Signature Services. Not sure it’s worth contacting them prior to CL stays anymore. Anyway, just thought I’d share. I’m excited for our trip! Can’t get here fast enough

You could ask for a key card before you leave Boardwalk. Then it won’t matter when your magic bands get reset at Riviera.

Was your allergy information request exchanged via email or phone call? We have found the email process is somewhat hit or miss. We always followup any email exchange with a phone call to confirm details.

Currently the only truly uniquely function that DSS does appear to manage quite well is scheduling a Minnie Van Airport transfer.

Honestly, I usually call AND email, due to the severity of DS’s allergies. When emailing they had me fill out and return a digital form this time, which gave me hope someone in the lounge will actually receive it! lol No luck. Should hear from the other CL lounge soon. Curious to see if they received it. I’ll keep you posted!!

I was told I might have issues at Chronos entering but not to worry because the CM could look me up and see I was on my checkout day. I did not end up going back so didn’t test it.
