I’m also upping my protein. For non meat options I go with Kodiak power muffin cups and add regular milk, but if you also want non dairy you can add whatever substitute you like. I also use Quaker’s protein oatmeal which has 10g of protein, then a Chobani shake that has an additional 10g of protein.
