I know read something about this before, but couldn't find the info.

Q: If I book a room with 2 people and want to add a third, will they allow me to do so? I guess if I don't wait too long and restaurant seating allows, but wasn't sure.

Any thoughts?

They will allow you to add the third - space permitting. This may be a problem if the third is a child. Disney only allows a certain number of children on board. This ensures that there will be space for every child in the Kids Clubs.

The other problem, as you said, was you may have to change dinner seating to accomadate the 3rd person.
