Best option for 4 adults - February

Looking for DVC rental options for 4 adults (myself, dh, 2 dd's) that would suit us, late February. DD's do not mind sharing a bed, but we would all prefer at least queen size if we are sharing.

Which properties and what size room would you recommend with a priority on the least expensive option?

Probable dates are to check in on 2/19 and check out on 2/25 - 6 nights.

OKW is the only WDW DVC resort that has two queens in the studios and would be one of your lowest point options and has the largest studios of all the WDW DVC resorts. The others have a queen and full size pull out couch except the new VGF has a queen, pull-out queen, and also a pull down bed that is mainly kid size (VGF is your highest cost resort). Your lower point options for any studio are OKW, BWV standard and AKV value rooms but it is unlikely you could get BWV standard or AKV value now for that February time.

Next option is a 1BR anywhere. All have a king in the bedroom and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. OKW, BLT, and AKV Kidani also have a twin size pull-out sleeper chair in the living room. OKW would be a low point option for a 1BR. With anything you need to act now to determine if you can even get something and reserve something because you are less than 5 months out and the time you want includes the highest DVC demand time that occurs during any of the spring break weeks: the weekend of Feb 21-23 which has the Princess half marathon.
