Yes, Pen, we've done both and they're both great, although very different.
Spoodles' speciality is tapas which you can either choose as a starter, or just share a selection and not bother with an entree. The offerings are eclectic! The ones I can remember having are chilli shrimp, calamari, scallops, ham and cheese croquettes and koftas, although we've been there 3 times and I'm sure there must be more. The flatbreads are delish! We especially like the four cheese (the dollop in the middle is Boursin). The fayre is supposed to be Mediterranean, although I read somewhere that every country bordering the Med is represented and that's not far wrong!
Flying Fish is one of my favourite WDW restaurants, along the lines of, and on a par with, California Grill, Artist Point, et al. Their speciality is fish (not just a clever name
), but there are plenty of other options on the menu. If you like fish though, it would be churlish not to have it here - it is superb.
