Bwv 6/6/04- 6/11/04?

-I am a DVC member and my brother in-law wants to take his family and a friends to BWV in June of next year and stay in a 2 bedroom. He would like to rent points for this stay although he is not a DVC member. Can anyone tell me what is the best way of doing this? Any help is appreciated.
