can you see EVERYTHING in a day?

We are traveling in May and staying at HRH. If you plan to spend the whole day, ( 9 - 7 ) and use FOTL, can you expect to see IOA and Universal, if you do one day at EACH park? Thanks.

Even with the Universal Express access you should be able to see everything in one park a day. I would plan at least 2 days and possibly a third to do things again that you really liked.

Depends on what you call "everything"- If you mean riding the most popular rides and seeing a few of the most popular attractions, yes, one day should do it.
If you mean literally seeing and doing all there is to see and do, not by a longshot. The shows alone would take a miracle of timing and commando style running thru the parks to see them all in one day- If you have little ones it would be tragic not to let them spend some time in at least one of the many play areas in both parks...
We have been there 9 times in the past year and every time we discover at least a little something different, even if it is a new midway style game, foot massage machine, a show we missed before or a food concession we have not tried.
Just relax and enjoy, you'll want to come back for what you missed next week or next year-
