First of all i would like to point out that i don't own any property here........but got this through an email. They seem like very good prices to me.

They seem to be marketting this property quite aggressively at the moment, I've driven past it quite a few times and it looks a nice resort. I don't know what the actual sales pitch is like , as this is a timeshare resort, but I'd guess you have to take a tour of that sales pitch while you're there. If you don't mind giving up a morning and are happy that you won't be pressurised into something you don't want to do then the rates certainly look pretty good.

They started sales last August and I would guess that since Sept 11 it has been pretty slow so I'm certain they are keen to be getting their sales off the ground.

This resort is timeshare as Vernon has said. I think it is in the RCI Exchange book.
Just be careful it is not confused with the town of Celebration. My sister exchanges through RCI and when this one came up she could easily have thought she was going to stay in Celebration.

We have been to Orlando 6 times and are going again this summer and always use our timeshare in Europe to exchange to Orlando - through Interval International.

I find that some of the timeshares we stayed in years ago are now quite dated therefore I would only stay in one of the newer resorts or a Marriott one.

Coming from Northern Ireland it is so expensive to travel to Orlando with surcharges it works out cheaper for us to use timeshare rather than a basic hotel room.
