Here I go: I am fat. I haven't always been fat. Just since I started driving truck with my husband and since I stopped smoking. I have neglected my body and eaten way too much. I resolve to stop this. Today I ate alot, but exercised. That's a start. Better luck tomorrow....

OOPS I DID IT AGAIN.... I ate a little too much at Wendy's tonight after drinking my Slim Fast Optima Shakes. I really need some help here... I am a very positive person but am having trouble getting with the program.
