Heads up to those who purchased Disney store vouchers (gift card like ticket + activation receipt)...they can be linked by IT. It is not something you can do yourself via MDE (tells you to turn them in when you arrive), but I called yesterday, waited a bit, and voila! FP+ booked now. The lovely IT woman even copied over FP+ I had booked for our inlaws (UT tickets linked earlier).
I love it when I call expecting a No, and get a Yes! I was so FP+ crazy that I was going to by a second set of 4 tickets, and save the first set, just to book the FP+.
So...if you purchased disney tickets in any way, shape, or form, but cannot link them on MDE, call Disney, ask for IT, and cross your fingers : )
