DVC Charter to Lighthouse Point - Who’s Going?

Anyone else from here going? Getting excited yet??

DH & I will be there, and we’re hoping we’ll be celebrating his 1 Year Cancer Free then (fingers crossed). We also decided 5 nights and 2 stops weren’t enough, so we’re doing a B2B with the 3-night at the end. Switching room categories, though, as we’ve always wanted to try the Navigator’s Verandah and figure 3 nights is a good way to do that in case we decide we don’t like it (we almost always sail in Verandah rooms).

We’re doing the Eco & Historical tour on our first stop at Lighthouse Point, and want to do a snorkeling trip on the second - currently have the Snorkeling By Boat booked. For the third stop, we aren’t planning any excursions. For the stop at Castaway Cay, it’s a massage on serenity bay and relaxation! Then we end the trip with 2 nights at Vero Beach to regain our land legs (and maybe glimpse turtles) before heading home.

We've decided to do a B2B (though we're switching staterooms) as this will be our 9th cruise, so we're doing the Members Charter on 6/14 and then the 3-night on 6/19, so we'll be visiting Lighthouse Point 3 times! We have a snorkel excursion the first time, a cultural tour the second time, and then will just relax and enjoy the beach and amenities it the third time. And then when we disembark, we'll finally be Platinum Castaway Cay members!

Please report back about LP, especially on the cultural tour! We’re not beach people, but the descriptions of the cultural tours make me want to visit just for that.
