Favorite snacks at DLP?

Hi everyone!

I would like to know which are your favorite snacks at DLP? (Not the studios park).

It will be our first visit to DLP. In the states, each park seems to have a stand-out favorite that is overwhelmingly liked by most everyone.

In Disneyland in California the Mint Juleps (non-alcoholic, kind of a limeade) are delicious. There is also a little cart that makes hand dipped corn dogs while you wait. Many people like the churros also. (Deep fried dough with cinnamon/sugar or many other flavors.

In WDW in Florida, the Dole Whips are quite popular. They are basically pineapple sorbet/gelato(?)

So other than one nice meal in a sit-down restaurant (which we've already chosen) what snack(s) should we not miss at DLP? And where will we find your favorite snack? Please name which land and which food stand if you can remember.

Thanks!

One more food/drink question:

I really like excellent espresso/lattes.

In my opinion, the coffee drinks served at WDW are awful - they have a contract with Nestle.

I have read that the espresso drinks in DLP are very good. Are they the same quality all over the park or are some locations better than others?

Thanks a latte!

I'm not too sure about snacks at Disneyland Paris, but the Coffee is delicious (especially the cappuccinos). IMO it is much better than the coffee served at WDW.

I think it is the same coffee pretty much everywhere, some of the full service restaurants may serve a different brand.

Richard. :)

Waffle with choclate sauce for me, sweet popcorn for Jane. Available from food carts around the park. Yum.

The chocolate brownies that are available from a vendor as you exit the Adventureland Bazar en route to the Pirates of the Caribbean - they are just right - warm and not too rich - yum!

I may be a dissenting voice here, but I don't find the DLP snacks anything out of the ordinary, and the coffee is Ok but nothing special IMHO (Disney Village really lacks a good coffee shop). The best snacks I have had are the crepe stalls in La Vallee at the neighbouring Val D'Europe shopping centre. I would surmise that the French don't really do 'snacks' as such (the stuff that comes out of their vending machines on the RER is almost inedible - ugh!) but the main restaurants do serve some excellent fare.

The sweet popcorn sounds interesting. We won't expect too much from the snacks at the park.

Thanks for your ideas.

...... I love coffee and agree that WDW coffee is not good
(although you can get a half decent coffee from the vendor near the TOT exit in MGM Studios), but we enjoyed some nice coffee in Main Street DLP - one was from a kiosk up one of the tiny side streets off Main Street ( they specialised in coffee) and I think the other place selling nice coffee was the pastry shop, located in the same place as it's WDW counterpart.

( If you are in the Newport Bay, one of the bars serves very good cappuchinos!)
