I'm having the exact same problem as the post about Reward Port. I cashed in at Freeride for a $15 Walmart card on Dec. 27 and never received it. I have contacted them 3 times. I get the automated response saying they will get back to me in 2 business days or less. I've never gotten a response at all. I've been a Freeride member for many years and have never had this problem before. Anyone know what's going on? Are Reward Port and Freeride operated by the same people?
