@Elephantay The park with the largest increase in crowds for Gay Days is Magic Kingdom. On that park's designated "red shirt day" the park tends to have a moderate increase in crowds (there are many folks who come to gay days just to go to the parties off-site, and MK is the only park they will go to on their trip). However, I have never found the crowd unbearable in the way some other large events are. Really the only attraction with drastically increased wait times is Country Bear Jamboree (all the bears decide to meet up there and the queue wraps outside. the one time a year where that show is a hot ticket! haha)
The crowd increase to the other three parks on their red shirt day is negligible. So don't stress about planning your schedule around those.
I'm bummed I wont be there for either gay day period this year. Just didnt work in the schedule, but Ill be there starting June 19. I'll miss the very social atmosphere in the parks that gay days creates. I'll be wearing a few pride items on my trip anyway, still pride month!
