Gender Neutral Dress Code for DCL Adult Dining

I noticed that DCL's adult dining dress code no longer specifies men/women, but rather is more generic.

Adult-exclusive restaurants aboard Disney Cruise Line ships are elegant dining experiences. Guests are requested to dress in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s atmosphere. Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. Dress casual attire with a polished look is permitted (such as dress pants, jeans in good condition, collared shirts and blouses and lifestyle shoes).
Does this mean that a non-binary individual can be dressed in attire similar to what other guests are wearing? (I.E. Would it be acceptable for a binary guest to wear that same outfit?)

I don't think I ever heard of a guest being send away for dressing in a way that doesn't match the gender norms at Disney. Whether it was in the parks or on the ships.

You just have to adhere to the dresscode, so no gender can show in flipflops or a bikini. And all genders have to wear something appropriate for a more upscale dining place.
