Going to VB in April & have a few questions..

We decided to fly into Fort Lauderdale (from NY) as the airfare was considerably cheaper and it seems it's only an extra 1/2 hr. drive. Can anyone confirm this?

I was looking on Budget Car's website and I'm not sure if they have a place in Fort Lauderdale airport. Does anyone know or can suggest which car rental places to use? Any codes, etc.?

Probably more like 45 minutes extra. Provided that there isn't major traffic. I-95 is a much busier highway than the Beachline.

I would also suggest sticking with 95 for as long as you can, even though it curves away for a bit.
