Even if you spelled your email address incorrectly, you still have the reservation. It just means you don't receive the confirmation.
If your phone number is correct, then they still have a way to contact you if there's a problem.
It appears that the only thing you won't be able to do is cancel it through the email link should you want to do it. But if this is the case, you could always just call them.
If you're staying onsite, you may be able to contact the resort and ask them to check.
But if it would make you feel assured, then you can call them and confirm.
