We didn't have very good luck on our last trip, but we will still be using the bus system on our upcoming trip in August. I am sure things will go more smoothly this time, but it's nice to know where to write if by some chance they don't.

I'm curious ... if as your subject line states your concern is with the bus service from the Boardwalk Villas, then why are you not contacting the General Manager at Boardwalk Villas? I would try to go up the chain of command first ... just my thought.
