Am I the only person that gets the rude insurance people on the phone? I call to ask 1 little simple question and I get attitude. I was almost to the point of saying "If I knew the answer to my question LADY, I wouldn't have called and IF I had wanted attitude, I would've just asked one of my kids the question!" But I resisted.
