Wow this is a job just trying to figure out where I want to eat and the credits it will cost.....ever since I decided to add HoopDeDoo in there my head is spinning :rotfl:

There are 4 of us for 6 nights = 24 TS credits

HoopDeDoo = 8

Coral Reef = 4

Crystal Palace = 4

1900 Park Fare = 4

????????= 2 hubby and I will be dining by ourselves for anniversary....I really need some suggestions for this one, where should we eat!?!?! I'll be dropping the kiddos off at a kid's club

Whispering Canyon = 2 .....we'll be paying oop for the kids this night since we'll be out of credits.

So is my math correct? Can I pay oop for the kids on the last night? We may order the all you can eat skillet, but the kids would not. Do you still get an appetizer on the dining plan when you order the skillet? Not that I need it, just curious.....hmm I may even decide to skip the skillet and just order an entree and share that with the kiddos.

If it were me, I'd use the two credits at Coral Reef or Le Cellier! Nice and romantic and the menus ought to have enough for picky eaters!

Your math is correct.

You can pay for your kids OOP the last night.

Normally no appetizer is allowed with the skillet (because it contains salad), but some people have gotten lucky and have been permitted to order an appetizer as well.

Servings at Coral Reef are large. Why not share 3 meals at Coral Reef (split the 3 meals between the 4 of you). That way you'll have a leftover credit to apply to WCC. Share 3 meals at WCC and then you have nothing left that you'll need to pay OOP. (If you plan on all ordering the skillet then you can't share at WCC).

oh wow :thumbsup2 Thanks Bicker...those look great!
I just booked my reservations  Got everything I wanted....decided to go with Kona for me and hubby's 10yr anniversary dinner.....thought it would be easiest to get to after dropping kiddos off at Neverland Club....

9/3 5:00 HoopDeDoo

They must have liked you! :)

Bicker--Do you know if the pictures you linked to were from 2006, after the restaurant changed to one credit?

I share your observation that the better, signature at Disney, restaurants tend to have smaller portions but better food quality and less expensive restaurants tend to trade off quantity for quality. Buffets can be the extreme example.

Here are some photos of typical Coral Reef entrees, so you can see if they're enough to share:
