Just got the Swan for $155/night for Oct 27-Nov 3rd!!

It pays to keep trying. I called a few days ago to see if there was any availability at the S/D with the Entertainment Card discount, and was told no, but then after reading the S/D FAQ sheet, I called back this morning, because that's when it was said that the computers were updated with new dates, and I got it. I'm so excited. I previously had reservations at CSR for $149/night. My kids love MGM and Epcot, so this is great for us, considering it is within walking distance to both parks.

Having stayed at both the Swan and CSR, I think you'll be greatly pleased with the Swan, especially for only 6.00/night more. The larger room (and beds) would be worth that, alone, not to mention the location,location,location!

The Government rate for the S/D is $129.00 as of 1/1/01. Added third adult for $25.00 extra per night. Total with Gov. discount for week of 4/1 through 4/7/01 is $154.00 per night. I will have to show Government I.D. or room will be $354.00 per night. This discount is also available to teachers. Don't forget the $8.00/day resort fee. I understand that can be waived, so I plan to ask for a waiver when I check in.

When I booked, I requested Starwood Preferred Guest upgrade, but CR said upgrade would be whatever is available at check-in. I'll check closer to arrival date to see if I can lock in the upgrade.

I live in the real world, so I choose to vacation in Fantasy Land!!
