Magic Band Replacement

So there we are boarding the Jungle Cruise when I here a splash, DD's magic band is just visible before it sinks to Davy Jones's Locker! With just 55 minutes until our Thunder Mountain fastpass expires I am directed to Guest Services by a Cast Member. Now I'm thinking this is going to take a lot of time, effot and probably money to sort out bur within 20 minutes We are walking back up Main Street with a replacement Band that is even the same colour! Thats what I call excellent customer service, 10/10 WDW!

P.S yes we made our Thunder Mountain Fast Pass slot!
