"Must Have" Souveniers

I always must have a plush character or two. So far I have Mickey (regular, & sorcerer), Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger, Rabbit, Kanga&Roo, Dale, Bambi, Happy (I think it's Happy), Dumbo, Sebastian, Simba, Nala, Zazu, dalmation, Lady, Tramp, Pinocchio, and most recently, Pluto and Daisy. Next up: Pumba, Timon, & Rafiki. I looked last month for Cheshire cat, but they don't make one.

Of course you must have mouse ears, but we don't get them every trip. I also like Mickey watches & refrigerator magnets. In my future: Mickey kitchenware!

I always try to pick up some magnets and a coffee cup. It's great to have my coffee in the a.m. and remember my vacation. My DD loved the soap with the plastice character in it. We bought extras to give to her friends when we came home.

We've only been once, but we decided to have our picture taken by the WDW photographers at each park and to get matching t-shirts that we all wear on our last day there. One thing that I did not get and I am kicking myself about it is that I did not get a Christmas ornament. Does anyone know if you can still buy last year's Christmas ornaments? Thanks.

For me it is a "Photo Album" to put all my trip photos in - I just got one this past week there that has "2001" on the front and I LOVE IT! I took 7 1/2 rolls of film while we were there so I'm sure I'll come close to filling all 200 slots in the album! :D

Our parents have numerous Shadow Cuttings of us. Everytime we go...gotta get one of our children for the Grandparents. I still see a tear in my Mom's eye everytime she gets a new one.
For our family, we started collecting Christmas ornaments and now pass this on to our children.

The big bag purse that hangs on your shoulder! I saw so many women put the video camera in these bags, they are even water resistant for the water rides!!

And my idea of a really good suvineer is one that can handle mulitable tasks and these do!! you can pack them w/swim gear, blankets for those summer concerts in the park, the DD can pack it for a summber party and on and on.

Although the initail price is high, the multi uses of these bags make them worth it!! I saw them from $16.00 to $26.00 depending on the park and size of the bag. I got mine at AK,it has a huge Sorcer Mickey Embordered on it and I paid $22.00 for it. But I plan to get my monies worth out of this one!!!

I have one more! My favorite thing to get at WDW, and the cheapest, are the pennies that are molded into different disney themes. I only have 4 different ones from my last trip, but I keep them in my wallet, and whenever I take out change, there they are reminding me of Disney! Look for them all over the parks.

I know this is about WDW souvieners, but I wanted to let Mouselover know that I have seen a plush cheshire cat a the Disney store! You may want to check to see if your local Disney store carries them. ;)
