And to add if considering between the two:
Studios at BLT are about 20 sq ft smaller than BCV, a very noticeable difference, but BLT 1BRs and 2BRs are about 80 sq ft larger than BCV, with much larger living room/kitchen areas and have amenities you cannot get at BCV: BLT has excellent views from most lake view and theme park view rooms while BCV is generally lacking in views; BLT 1BRs and 2BRs have an extra bathroom and the twin-sized pull-out chair in the living room. both of which can make a big difference when staying as a group; BLT 1BRs and 2BRs do not have a balcony outside the living room and BCV does, but the BLT living rooms have almost wall-to-wall and floor-to ceiling windows in the living room that provide fantastic views.
You can walk to both Epcot and Studios from BCV, although the walk to studios is close to a mile. You can walk from BLT to MK, about 1/3 mile. BCV gives you easy access to a lot of restaurant options, both at the Epcot resorts and via the short walk to World Showcase. But BLT has direct access to Contemporary restaurants and monorail to other MK resorts and a boat to WL and Fort Wilderness and its Hoop Dee Doo.
